WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TURNAROUND TIME:
2-3 working days for most orders, 24-48 hour turnaround is always available.

WHAT FILE TYPES CAN BE USED FOR PRINT:
Any file compatible with Photoshop or Illustrator. PSD, PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPG. Files should be 300 dpi (resolution), CMYK (color format). Leave 1/8” around entire artwork for bleed (cutting).

CAN YOU SEND ME A PROOF?
E-proofs are standard with all orders. E-Proofs are given so that you can make sure the files are in-tact, and that nothing has shifted or changed since you submitted your artwork. If a color proof is necessary, we can provide one for an additional charge.

DO I NEED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT?
If paying by credit card, we will take down the credit card information, but your card will not be charged until you pick up your order. If paying by check or cash, you can pay when you pick up but a credit card will still be necessary to begin production.

WHAT PAPER STOCKS CAN I CHOOSE?
We commonly use coated stocks for most products, however uncoated stocks are always available. All of our stocks are developed using post-consumer or recycled materials. For more information on our environmentally friendly print approach visit the GREEN PRODUCTS section of our website.

DO YOU DELIVER?
We can deliver worldwide via UPS, Southwest Airlines, FED EX and Delta Airlines. We have delivery personnel on staff for local drop-offs.

WHAT TYPE OF PRINTING DO YOU DO?
We have 3 different type of printing capabilities: 1. Offset 2. Digital 3. Large Format By utilizing all 3 printing formats we are able to print large and small quantities of virtually any printed product.

CAN I PRINT ON METALIC INKS OR USE DIFFERENT COATINGS?
We are able to print up to 7 processed colors including metallic inks, florescent inks, and spot colors or pantones. We offer Matte UV, Glossy UV, and Aquoes coatings.

MY FILES ARE VERY LARGE, HOW CAN I SEND THEM TO YOU?
You can upload files directly to our FTP SERVER. An FTP CLIENT PROGRAM will be needed to proceed, if you do not have one, download a free trial version here. Username and password are not needed. Please upload a zip file or document only, the server will reject folders.
