When will I hear back?

Our team reviews every request and follows up with an estimate or any questions needed to complete it. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM. Requests submitted after hours, on weekends, or while we’re closed will be reviewed when we’re back in the shop.

Do you need the artwork right now?

No — a quote is a quote. You can send artwork when you're ready. For complex jobs we may ask for a press-ready file before final pricing.

What if my file is big?

Up to 100 MB per file and 250 MB total, across 10 files. Anything bigger, email files@indieprinting.com — we'll match it to your quote.

Can I get same-day?

Yes on most digital jobs started before noon. Offset and large-format typically run next-day to 3 days depending on finishing.

Do you do small runs?

We've printed 1-off wedding programs and 250K flyer runs in the same week. Nothing is too small.

Nonprofits & causes?

We've donated to 100+ LA nonprofits since 2000. Mention your org in the notes — we usually work something out.

Need it printed this week?
