All jobs must be paid for in full when the order is approved for printing. No job will be allowed to print until payment has been secured.

All orders are paid for in full in advance. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount immediately.

Yes — approved B2B accounts can be set up with Net 30 terms, PO billing, and consolidated monthly invoicing. Open an account at /b2b/.

Standard turnaround is 2–3 working days for most orders. Same-day / next-day 24-hour turnaround is always available. Rush fees apply.

The deadline for submitting a same-day order is 3pm PST. All same-day orders must be print-ready, with no technical issues. If an order isn't to specifications, we may need to push it to the next business day.

Preferred format is PDF. We also accept PSD, PDF, EPS, TIFF, and JPG. Files should be 300 DPI (resolution), CMYK (color format), with 1/8" bleed around the entire artwork for cutting.

We will only print files provided at 300 DPI.

Digital printing accepts both RGB and CMYK files. Offset printing requires all files to be provided in CMYK color mode.

Only upon request. Our standard procedure is not to provide proofs, but e-proofs and printed proofs are available when requested (may add to turnaround).

Three core capabilities: (1) Offset — large runs, limited paper options, highest-quality color. (2) Digital — many paper options, short runs, fast turnaround. (3) Large-format — inkjet, short-run, ideal for vinyl and banners.

Digital is the best fit for short runs (typically under 2,500 pieces) with flexible paper options and quick turnaround. Offset is the highest print quality for larger runs of 2,500+, with tighter color control.

Letterpress, silk-screen, and 1-color or 2-color PMS printing are all available on request.

Yes — we can print up to 7 process colors including metallic inks, fluorescent inks, spot colors, and Pantones.

We commonly use coated stocks for most products; uncoated stocks are always available. All of our stocks are manufactured using post-consumer or recycled materials.

Matte, uncoated, gloss, and coated options across text and cover weights, with finishes ranging from smooth to tactile. Full range detailed at /eco/ and /products/.

Offset printing provides two standard paper options: 14pt gloss-coated cardstock and 100lb gloss book text-weight paper stock. Specialty stocks quoted separately.

Yes — 100% recycled paper, paper manufactured from hemp (imported from Colombia), and paper made from sugarcane fibers (bagasse). Full details at /eco/.

Indie Printing is open Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PT. Saturday pickup is available by appointment.

We ship anywhere in the continental US using our preferred carriers: UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Yes — our hybrid Prius fleet delivers to any address in LA County, Orange County, and Riverside County.

Yes — split-ship to event venues, branches, or franchisees. Give us the addresses and quantities per location when you submit your order.

We don't have a preferred courier — use whichever one you like. Many of our customers use a range of LA courier services for same-day intra-city delivery.
