Offset, digital, and large-format — under one roof, so we can route any job to the right machine without outsourcing.
Offset lithography
Multi-color sheetfed offset for runs of 2,500+ pieces. Soy-based inks. Pantone matching. Tight register across spreads. Ideal for annual reports, lookbooks, and any job that needs repeat accuracy across a print run.
Digital production
Short-run, same-day digital on 14pt stocks, cotton, sugarcane, and hemp. Variable-data capable. Runs from 50 to 25,000 pieces. Fastest route from file to product.
Large-format inkjet
Up to 60" wide. Photo-gloss, satin, matte, vinyl (biodegradable), fabric. UV inks for outdoor durability. Mounting on foam board, PVC, gator board available in-house.
Letterpress & silk-screen
Specialty touches on business cards, invitations, and art prints. Deckle-edge papers, foil, deboss, emboss — real craft finishes next to the commercial floor.
Die-cut, fold,
bind, laminate.
Finishing is often the difference between a commodity print and a premium one. Every one of these is done in-house on our floor.
Die-cutting
Custom shapes, kiss-cut stickers, through-cut folders. Metal dies made in-house for bespoke shapes.
Foil stamping
Gold, silver, holographic, custom foils. Over letterpress or offset.
Emboss / deboss
Single-level or multi-level. Matching metal dies cut to your artwork.
Binding
Saddle-stitch, perfect-bound, coil, wire-O, case-bound hardcover. 8 to 480 pages.
Scoring & folding
Tri-fold, bi-fold, gate, accordion, roll. Crease + fold in one pass for clean spines.
Lamination
Matte, gloss, soft-touch. Outdoor-rated laminate for signage and banner work.
